Medical Device Territory Manager


Position: Medical Device Territory Manager

Type: Full-time

Locations: Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri

Salary: $60,000 Base with Commission Averaging $90, 000 - 110,000


This opportunity is perfect for someone with 1-5 years of sales experience and looking to break into medical device sales world or someone that is looking to further their career with a revolutionary company within the space. If you have a passion to lead from the front in the innovative and growing field of point-of-care diagnostics, then this is the position for you. The position of territory manager will provide you the opportunity to sell multiple groundbreaking and cutting edge devices within the private practice, hospital, physician network, treatment, government and staffing space(s).

As member of the Lochness Medical Sales Team, you have superior professionalism and charisma strong and attention to detail, a creative approach to problem solving, with a ceaseless drive to excel and succeed, you have the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic market, with strong, effective listening and presentation skills. You are intellectual curiosity and confidence, able to work remotely, autonomously and be a self-starter. You have practicality and the ability to “think on your feet”, outstanding organizational skills and a natural born leader.

Your Qualifications:

  • Daily communication with manager
  • Learns from set-backs and develops tactics and strategies to minimize recurrence.
  • Team player- takes initiative to concisely and regularly communicate with Senior Sales Manager, fellow Territory Managers, and C-Level Executives.
  • Organized, positive, proactive, intellectually curious, self-motivated, enthusiastic, interpersonal skills and using appropriate language.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment developing relationships with multiple individuals on a daily basis.

Communication

  • 1-3 years experience writing technical copy
  • 3-5 years experience writing and responding to emails in a professional capacity
  • Demonstrated communication skills

Other Skills and Requirements

  • 1-5 years of sales experience
  • 1-2 years corporate sales experience
  • Needs to be prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals.
  • Travel 50%
  • Overnight travel up to 20%
  • Would need a personal car to transport product inventory and travel to support customers
  • Cold Calling experience considered an asset

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
